What You’ll Do
- Support and lead estimating efforts for full civil/site development scopes including earthwork, utilities, grading, paving, and concrete
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs, pricing, and subcontractor coordination
- Assist in managing the bid process from initial review through submission
- Stay involved during active projects to support cost tracking, change orders, and issue resolution
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, general contractors, engineers, and subcontractors
- Contribute to developing unit pricing, production rates, and estimating tools
- Work with leadership to improve estimating workflows and processes
- Participate in project handoff to operations to ensure alignment
What You Bring
- 5–8 years of experience in civil/site development estimating
- Strong understanding of earthwork, utilities, grading, and site development scopes
- Ability to read plans, specifications, and perform accurate takeoffs
- Experience supporting change orders, cost tracking, or project coordination
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, evolving environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
