Toyota’s Corporate Shared Services Divisionislooking for a passionate andhighly-motivated ConstructionBudget and SoftwareSenior Analystfor our Planning and Construction team.

The primary responsibility of this role is todocument and track capital budgets and oversee the PM software toolfinancial informationfor the Workplace Strategy, Planning & Construction team for North America.

Reporting to theWorkplace Strategy,Planning & ConstructionSeniorManager, the person in this role will support thePeople & Property ServicesDepartment'sobjectivetomanageup to$100Minconstructionprojectsannuallyatprimarilynon-manufacturing locations.

Whatyou’llbe doing

  • Leadand managecapital budget planning process; Createproject accounting string info; Collaboratewith planning and construction team project managers and SMEs for project priority and budget estimates;Ensure department budgets are input into the construction PM software tool as well as SAP/SAC on a monthly/quarterly basis

  • Present budget findingsby analyzing actuals vs plan, spend trendsandmakerecommendations to construction team management and leadership team

  • Compile and analyze the monthly, quarterly, mid-year, and annual construction team operating budget forecasting and variance reports

  • Develop key dashboards for executive updates from PM software tool data

  • Participateinmonthendclose activities,i.e.journalentries,accruals,reclasses, andreporting

  • Lead training for Workplace Strategy, Planning & Constructionteamand outsourcedPMs forconstructionsoftwarePMtool,asSME

  • Support equipment commissioning(Kanban)training for internal and external PM teams

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree inFinance, Economics, Business, EngineeringorArchitecture

  • Ability to concurrently executejob requirementsof varied size and typesvia standardized methods

  • Strong financial forecasting and accounting principles experience

  • Financial and project management skills, including construction cost tracking andaccurateforecasting of budget variances

  • Robustproblem-solving skills in support of resolving issues with sustainable countermeasures and mitigating risk related to project schedulesand deadlines

  • Customer service approach toprojectsupportand commitment to teamwork

  • Demonstrated finance experience including budgeting, financial modeling, and project management

  • Strong PCproficiencyprogramming ability or ability to write/translate system requirements

  • Strong communication, teamwork, interpersonal, organizing and facilitation skillsand excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

  • Self-starter mindset, with the ability to work in a team environment

  • Solid business acumen and process-oriented mindsetand ability to work with minimal supervision

  • High degree of business partnering skills and ability to influence others at all levels
