VIGEO Health is hiring PRN Speech Therapists / Speech-Language Pathologists for skilled home health visits across Northern Virginia: Fairfax, Loudoun, and Arlington Counties. Choose your territory, set your availability, and earn $100-$150 per visit with mileage reimbursement.

VIGEO Health is a Medicare-certified, CHAP-accredited skilled home health agency serving Fairfax, Loudoun, and Arlington Counties.

·   $100-$150 per visit + mileage reimbursement + bonus opportunities

·   Typical routine visits are approximately 45-60 minutes; pay is per completed visit

·   Visit-type pay may include evaluations, reassessments, recertifications, resumptions of care, discharges, and follow-up visits

·   Start with a minimum of 8 visits per month, with opportunity to increase based on your availability and patient census

·   Set your own schedule

·   Performance bonuses for last-minute visit pickups and approved outside-territory coverage

·   Choose your preferred service territory across Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington, or nearby approved coverage areas

·   Patient assignments are grouped geographically whenever possible to reduce drive time

·   Complete speech therapy evaluations, reassessments, resumptions of care, recertification visits, and discharge planning per physician orders

·   Deliver skilled speech therapy interventions focused on dysphagia, communication, cognition, swallowing safety, speech/language function, and patient independence

·   Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical progress

·   Coordinate care with physicians, Nursing, PT, OT, and Clinical Management

·   Educate patients and families on home programs, swallowing precautions, communication strategies, and safe carryover between visits

·   Complete timely documentation aligned with Medicare home health standards and agency requirements

·   Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license

·   Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program; ASHA CCC-SLP preferred

·   1-2+ years clinical experience

·   Home health experience preferred; skilled nursing, rehab, outpatient, acute care, or geriatric experience welcome

·   Reliable transportation

·   Comfortable with at least 8 visits/month (PRN); weekend availability is optional unless separately agreed upon
