Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person services within a school setting. This role involves working with a diverse caseload of approximately 30 students ranging from birth to age 21. The position may require coverage across multiple nearby school sites (no same-day travel required), with flexibility based on candidate preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy services to students
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Requirements:
Active Maryland SLP license
Strong communication and organizational skills
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
