Location: Salem, OR (97305) & South Marion County

Contract Term: July 6, 2026 – June 11, 2027 (190-Day Contract)

Status: Full-Time, Multiple Openings Available


About the Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join our Early Intervention team for the 2026-2027 school year. This role focuses on the critical Birth to 3-year-old population, providing services within the vibrant community of Salem and the scenic areas of South Marion County.

Position Highlights

  • Target Population: Early Intervention / Birth to 3 years old.
  • Duration: Full school year contract (190 days) beginning July 2026.
  • Geography: Openings centered in Salem (97305) and extending through South Marion County.
  • Caseload: To be determined (balanced based on student needs and travel).


What You’ll Do

  • Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to infants and toddlers.
  • Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to implement strategies in natural environments.
  • Develop and monitor Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support holistic child development.


Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Oregon SLP License (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Experience with the Birth-3 population preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative, community-focused setting.
