What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver individualized, engaging lessons tailored to each student’s academic and functional needs
- Lead your caseload with confidence—develop IEPs, track progress, and facilitate annual reviews
- Create a structured, positive classroom environment using evidence-based behavioral and social-emotional strategies
- Collaborate with families, therapists, and school staff to ensure every student receives the support they deserve
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education (or related field)
- Valid South Carolina certification in Multi-Categorical, ED, MD, EMD, or TMD/Severe
- Experience working with elementary-aged OR middle school students
- A genuine passion for helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally
