Bilingual Recruiter (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Sleepy Eye, MN (Hybrid)

Schedule: Ideally onsite Tuesday–Thursday

Hours: Flexible, typically 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Compensation: $35–$40/hour

Duration: 3–6 month contract before conversion to permanent hire

Permanent Salary: Up to $80,000 annually


About the Opportunity

Our client is a large, multi-state agricultural organization with operations across Minnesota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Illinois, and Iowa. Due to significant growth and the approval of more than 60 new positions for the upcoming fiscal year, they are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team on a contract-to-hire basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys high-volume hiring, sourcing passive candidates, and partnering closely with hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.


Position Overview

The Bilingual Recruiter will support hiring efforts across multiple business areas, including farm operations, animal care, corporate functions, and international professional programs. This role plays a critical part in helping the organization strengthen its local talent pipeline while continuing to support international recruitment initiatives.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple states
  • Source and engage passive candidates in competitive and geographically challenging markets
  • Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate approximately 25 interviews per week
  • Support hiring and onboarding efforts, including orientations for new hires
  • Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to meet aggressive hiring goals
  • Assist with recruitment for international professional programs, including candidate communication, relocation coordination, and immigration-related processes
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs


Qualifications

Required

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated success identifying and attracting passive candidates
  • Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency
  • Experience managing high-volume recruiting workloads
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed Talent Acquisition team

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting for operations, manufacturing, agriculture, skilled trades, or frontline hourly positions
  • Experience supporting international recruiting or relocation processes
  • Experience working with multiple recruiting systems and manual processes


Technology

Current recruiting processes utilize multiple systems, including Isolved and ApplicantPro. The organization is planning a transition to Oracle in 2027.
