Are you a sourcing professional with experience in semiconductors or electronic components who enjoys influencing strategy and driving meaningful business impact? GE HealthCare is looking for a Global Sourcing Lead to join our team and help shape the future of our ~$250M electronic component portfolio.

In this role, you’ll partner with engineering, business leaders, and suppliers to deliver innovative sourcing strategies, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure continuity across a global supply chain—all while contributing to technologies that improve patient care around the world.

What You’ll Do

• Lead supplier negotiations and drive cost optimization and value creation
• Develop and execute category strategies in collaboration with Component Engineering
• Partner cross-functionally on design improvements, new product introductions, and supply continuity
• Use market insights and data to guide sourcing decisions and mitigate risk
• Strengthen supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, and contract management

What You Bring

• Experience in semiconductor or electronic component sourcing
• Background in supply chain, sourcing, engineering, or operations (3+ years)
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate across global, matrixed teams
• Business and financial acumen, with a focus on delivering measurable results
