Job Title: Talent Sourcer (Healthcare)

Location: New York, NY 10017

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Duration: 13-week contract with high chances of extension



Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source high-quality candidates for healthcare roles, including hard-to-fill and niche positions.
  • Use ATS (Taleo), job boards, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and interest.
  • Present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and nurture a pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Update candidate status and activity in the ATS system.
  • Support recruiting team with onboarding activities and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Participate in networking efforts such as job fairs and hiring events.



Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of talent sourcing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (REQUIRED).
  • At least 1 year of HR or recruiting-related experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience working with ATS systems (Taleo preferred).
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
