Job Description:

We are seeking a Solutions Architect with expertise in Planview to join our team. As a Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing effective solutions using Planview software.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, architect, and implement enterprise solutions using Planview (Portfolios, Enterprise Architecture, and AgilePlace) to meet business and financial objectives
  • Partner with Finance and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards
  • Develop and present technical designs and architecture diagrams to business leaders and key stakeholders
  • Lead and support full lifecycle Planview implementations, including configuration, integrations, and optimization
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery and seamless enterprise product integrations
  • Participate in Scrum and Agile ceremonies to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement
  • Create, maintain, and govern Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions, and training materials aligned with industry best practices
  • Contribute to Planview knowledge management, including documentation, knowledge articles, and best‑practice guidance
  • Drive maximum utilization of Planview platforms to improve stakeholder satisfaction, process maturity, and cost optimization

Must Have Skills:

  • 8+ years of hands‑on experience designing and implementing solutions with Planview (Portfolios, Enterprise Architecture, AgilePlace) - open to all industries
  • Experience delivering at least 3 full‑cycle Planview implementations
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and best practices
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks
  • Experience with additional Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure
  • Experience supporting enterprise system integrations
  • Ability to develop technical documentation, governance standards, and training materials
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver in a fast‑paced contract environment
  • Bachelor's degree required
