Project Overview:

REI Systems is supporting a high-visibility program with the FDA, focusing on improving project execution, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement. The Senior Project Manager will lead complex initiatives, ensuring mission-critical projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with federal regulations.


Position Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will collaborate directly with FDA stakeholders and REI teams to manage projects from initiation through delivery. This role requires expertise in project management within regulated industries, strong stakeholder communication skills, and experience with federal contracting environments. The PM will provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams, drive issue resolution, and ensure adherence to project management frameworks and FDA standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of FDA projects under REI Systems’ contract.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
  • Serve as the primary interface with FDA stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely communication.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, federal guidelines, and REI Systems’ project management standards.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality status reports, briefings, and documentation.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional REI teams to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to program strategy.


Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of comprehensive experience in architecting sustainable enterprise-scale architectures, cloud applications, and solutions, including enterprise systems modernization, cloud-native architectures, microservices, and containerized applications.
  • 5+ years of experience within the Department of Defense.
  • Strong self-motivation and focus on delivering outcomes.
  • Ability to meet proposal deadlines for the team.
  • Strong persuasive writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Track record of positioning and winning new business.

Preferred Skills:

  • Demonstrated continued learning through one or more technical certifications or related methods.
  • Secret Security Clearance.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. A master’s degree in business, public administration, public policy, or relevant field (preferred).

$190,000 – $235,000 base salary + performance-based incentives
