This position provides a consultation and requirements gathering role for the Data Access and Entitlements team.  This individual will act as a liaison between the business / APPs and the Engineering team, helping define new features, enhancements and requirements for security tools.  This role will also provide an secondary level of support, helping to resolve any inquiries / issues around data access and security.  This individual may also be involved in entitlement modeling, service enablement and RBAC / Privacera entitlement and tag policy management.

• 7+ years of software engineering experience

• An industry-standard technology certification
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• 5+ years of data management experience
• 5+ years of financial industry experience
• Demonstrable experience with Privacera
• Experience with Role Based Access Controls
• Knowledge and understanding of data governance challenges and approaches: metadata, data quality, and data stewardship
• Knowledge and understanding of operational workflows process
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to work outside of regular business hours
