The successful candidate will act as a technical lead providing technical design solutions for credit bridge on boarding and accounting tracks. Developing technical design and hands-on code development on all the major technologies used in the project. Working with business teams in identifying requirements and coming up with functional and technical design. Providing necessary guidance and direction on business process management solution definition and implementation. Process improvement identification and optimization.
The candidate responsibilities will be:
- Guiding multiple technical teams for design & development.
- Defining technical stack for the application.
- Scheduling, tracking and delivery of project deliverables
- Working with business teams in identifying requirements and coming up with functional and technical design.
- Working with architecture teams in reviewing and finalizing the technical architecture for the application.
- Providing guidance on design & development standards, build automation, continuous integration and continuous deployment.
- Providing necessary guidance and direction on business process management solution definition and implementation.
- Process improvement identification and optimization.
- Developing technical design and hands-on code development on all the major technologies used in the project.

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- 10 + years of experience designing software solutions using software architecture design principles
- 10+ years of Java experience
- 7+ years of J2EE experience
- 2+ years of experience in building and deploying microservices and cross channel restful Application Programming Interface (APIs) using Apigee, Consul, Resilience4J and Redis
- 10 + years of experience with application integration
- 10+ years of Oracle experience
- 5+ years of Hibernate experience
- 10+ years of application development experience
Desired Qualifications
- An industry-standard technology certification
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- 3+ years of Kafka Platform experience, Confluent Platform experience, or a combination of both
- 2+years of Mongo DB experience
- 5+ years of JavaScript framework experience (YUI, Angular, Node)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of technology deployment: J2EE applications in complex environments
- Ability to play leadership role in large and complex analytical projects
- Knowledge and understanding of application lifecycle, from design and development to testing, implementation and production support
- BS/BA in computer science, applied statistics, quantitative economics, operations research or a related field
- Experience designing and developing learning for complex technology systems and processes including Agile development methodology environments
- 1+ year of experience with in-memory databases such as Redis, MongoDB, or Cassandra
- 1+ year of Kubernetes experience
