Wells Fargo Enterprise Case Management and Workflow Technology organization is looking for passionate and energetic engineers who will be joining with high performing and successful teams to drive platform transformation, technical solution and automation of strategic business process and work flow. As a senior engineer you will be exposed to various complex business problems, architecture, design and development activity on the platform to support case management solutions for multiple lines of business.
Responsibilities include:
- Design and build robust reusable technical assets, analyze and design solution for highly complex business requirements
- Write technical specification for the design and redesign of existing applications
- Application design, design pattern, best practices and establish quality and performance measure
- Prototype new idea, perform proof of concept, provide coding directions to junior team members
- Develop high quality code module to deliver business solutions
- Automate unit and functional test cases
- Interact/Collaborate in an Agile delivery team working with different technology partners
- Utilizes a thorough understanding of case management and work flow technology, tools, and designs.
- Perform design and peer review as per schedule
- Collaborate with various technology team and product owners to meet objectives RWF
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 4+ years of Agile experience
- 5+ years of Pega experience
- 3+ years of DevOps experience
Desired Qualifications
- An industry-standard technology certification
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- PEGA certification CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect ) or CLSA (Certified Lead System Architect) 7.4 or higher
- Experience in PEGA Smart Dispute Framework and BIX data extraction tool
- Ability to lead and deliver complex technical solutions in a PEGA-based development environment
Other Desired Qualifications - Proven ability to successfully collaborate with product owners in the requirements, design and support phases of initiatives
- Proven ability to collaborate with technology peers on design/development/support phases of projects, and through the implementation and production support phases
- Experience in an onshore/offshore development team structure
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of PegaSystems-based design/development principles and best-practices
- Experience in design and development of API, Micro services and integration pattern
- Proven ability to act as expert technical resource to development team staff in the product development, testing, and implementation process.
- Experience in automating unit and functional testing
- Experience in platform infrastructures, security, availability and performance tuning.
- Experience in Unix and Shell script
- Experience in Data ETL, instrumentation and reporting
- Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, KANBAN, RALLY)
- Extensive experience in design and development of API, Micro services and integration pattern
- Experience developing with one or more of the following programming languages or frameworks such as Java/J3EE, HTML5, ActionScript, JavaScript, Angular, Node JS, or Active Server Pages (ASP)
