Looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern to handle content and responsibilities across several different Real Estate focused brands. We will primarily be focusing on the Steiner-Heydt team at Serhant (@thesteinerheydtteam) & Kogut Development (@jameskogut.realestateny on Instagram | @jameskogut on TikTok)
8-20 Hours/Week (Hybrid Schedule: Half WFH & Half from our Office in TriBeCa)
Preferable Start Date: June 15th, 2026
Responsibilities
Create content, help manage accounts for client/brand/follower growth, & track team metrics with weekly analytic reports
Qualifications
Good communication skills, results oriented, knowledge of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook algorithms/platforms, and basic audio/video editing skills (Essential)
Familiarity with Google and Microsoft Office products (Preferred)
Pay 20/hr + bonus based on incentives for user growth/engagement
