About the Role


Beautiful by Drew Barrymore is seeking a creative, trend-savvy TikTok Content Creator Intern to join our Marketing team this summer. This internship is designed for current college students looking to gain real-world experience in social media marketing, content creation, brand storytelling, and consumer products.


As an intern, you'll work directly with experienced marketing professionals and contribute content for a nationally recognized lifestyle brand sold exclusively at Walmart. This is an opportunity to build your portfolio, strengthen your creative skills, and gain exposure to a fast-paced consumer goods environment.


This internship is expected to run through the summer, with the possibility of extending into the Fall 2026 semester.


What You’ll Do


  • Create 3–5 TikTok videos per week for Beautiful by Drew Barrymore
  • Research emerging TikTok trends and identify opportunities for brand participation
  • Concept, film, edit, and publish engaging short-form video content
  • Showcase kitchen appliances and products in creative, relatable, and trend-forward ways
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Head of Social Media on content strategy and campaign initiatives
  • Participate in occasional team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and content creation days
  • Track content performance and contribute ideas for future campaigns

What We’re Looking For


  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media, Digital Marketing, Business, Design, Journalism, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, platform culture, and content best practices
  • Experience creating and editing short-form video content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Passion for social media, storytelling, lifestyle brands, home products, or consumer goods
