We’re not looking for someone to schedule posts and recycle captions from ChatGPT. We need a strategist with vision; someone who understands what it takes to own the algorithm, capture attention, and turn viewers into diehard fans and ticket buyers.

THE ROLE

This is not a “post and pray” job. This is where strategy meets creativity and data. You’ll lead the charge in shaping and scaling a comedian’s voice into something unforgettable and impossible to ignore, while driving measurable growth and monetization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Architect a next-level growth strategy across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit, Facebook, and Twitter
• Go beyond trends, create them, while knowing when to ride the wave of cultural moments
• Write captions and campaign copy that feel like they came directly from the Comedian’s brain, not a content bot
• Analyze performance data and audience behavior to constantly sharpen strategy
• Spot viral potential in raw content and turn it into moments that dominate feeds
• Collaborate with editors, designers, and the content team to deliver a cohesive, growth-focused output
• Build campaigns that convert engagement into ticket sales, subscribers, and long-term audience loyalty

WHO YOU ARE:

• A social media growth architect with 4+ years of experience scaling a creator or brand online
• Obsessed with culture, algorithms, and human behavior online; you know how to get attention and keep it
• A copywriting chameleon who can capture a comedian’s voice and personality instantly
• Analytical and data-driven, you make decisions backed by insights, not guesses
• Comfortable moving fast, adapting, and leading a small but powerful content team
• Bonus points: Comedy or entertainment industry experience and a record of viral wins

COMPENSATION:
