We’re partnering with a children's brand, hiring for a Social Media Community Coordinator. This is a customer-facing role focused on building relationships, supporting a large and engaged online community, and delivering a best-in-class digital experience.


HOURLY RATE: $20-22/hr

LOCATION: Los Angeles (Remote)

DURATION: temp to hire


What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Support moderation and engagement across brand-owned community spaces
  • Provide product guidance and assist with general customer questions
  • Address customer concerns with a professional, solutions-oriented approach
  • Engage with user-generated content and support ongoing community interaction
  • Track customer interactions and escalate issues when needed
  • Identify trends, common questions, and feedback to share with internal teams


We’re Looking For

  • 1–3+ years of experience in social media, community management, or customer support
  • Strong familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable engaging directly with customers in a brand-appropriate tone
  • Organized, responsive, and able to manage a high volume of interactions
  • Experience with customer support tools (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk, etc.) is a plus
  • Background in e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands preferred
