Party Animal, LLC | Licensed Sports Toys, Collectibles & Fan Products
Party Animal is looking for a high-energy, sports-obsessed Social Media & Community Coordinator to help build the everyday voice, presence, and fan community behind our licensed sports toy brands, including TeenyMates, SqueezyMates, Big Shot Ballers, and more.
This is not a passive posting role. We need someone who understands fan and collector culture, follows the leagues closely, and has first-hand experience creating content and building communities online.
The right person is part creator, part community builder, avid sports fan, and part AI-powered operator.
Role Overview
This role will support Party Animal’s social media, UGC, QR engagement campaigns, retail amplification, and league-facing social presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
You will help turn retail purchases, QR scans, blind bag pulls, collector moments, and fan excitement into daily content and community engagement. You will work closely with leadership to build a stronger social presence, identify what content is working, and use AI tools to move faster, analyze performance, and automate repeatable workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create, post, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop short-form videos, reels, stories, captions, product posts, retail finds, unboxings, blind bag pulls, collector content, and fan-driven moments.
- Help build Party Animal’s everyday brand voice across TeenyMates, SqueezyMates, Big Shot Ballers, Advent Calendars, and other product lines.
- Monitor sports trends, league moments, player news, team storylines, retail launches, and fan conversations to identify timely content opportunities.
- Create content that feels native to sports fans, collectors, parents, kids, and retail buyers. Identify standout fans, collectors, creators, and retail sightings that can be amplified.
- Respond to direct messages sent through social media accounts and/or direct them to the proper customer service channel for follow-up.
Sports League & Retailer Engagement
- Engage with social media teams and accounts across the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, WNBA, and key licensed sports partners.
- Engage with leading retailer accounts where Party Animal products are sold or targeted, including mass retail, sporting goods, specialty stores, and eCommerce partners.
- Support social amplification for key retail moments, product launches, seasonal campaigns, league tentpoles, and national sports events.
- Spot league, team, retailer, and creator amplification opportunities within brand and licensing guardrails.
AI, Analytics & Automation
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, CapCut, etc.) across content planning, caption writing, ideation, and reporting to move faster without sacrificing quality.
- Analyze social performance, UGC activity, QR scan engagement, and campaign results, then turn it into simple dashboards and weekly recaps that show what's working.
- Automate the repeatable: content calendars, mention monitoring, trend tracking, engagement summaries.
- Bring a practical AI-first mindset to the role, using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, CapCut, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Make, Google Sheets, or similar platforms.
What We Are Looking For
- A true pro sports fan who follows the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and WNBA, and gets fandom, rivalries, draft energy, playoffs, fantasy, and viral sports moments.
- First-hand experience building an audience, running social accounts, creating short-form content, managing a creator page, growing a brand account, or developing an online community.
- Strong comfort with TikTok, Instagram, Reels, Stories, Shorts, LinkedIn, and social content trends.
- Ability to shoot, edit, write, post, repost, comment, engage, and move quickly.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to be fun, sharp, clean, and brand-safe.
- Strong judgment around licensed sports content, brand voice, approvals, and when to escalate.
- Highly organized and able to manage content calendars, asset folders, UGC libraries, reporting, and weekly priorities.
- Strong background or demonstrated interest in AI tools, content automation, analytics, and productivity systems.
