Role Description

The Social Media & Affiliate Manager is a full-time, on-site position located in Delray Beach, FL. In this role, you will oversee and execute social media marketing strategies, manage affiliate programs, and develop content strategies to enhance brand visibility. Responsibilities include creating and publishing engaging social media content, optimizing social media performance, managing communications with affiliates, and analyzing campaign success to drive growth. Collaboration with internal teams and creative problem-solving are essential to this role.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) expertise
• 5+ years experience managing Social Media
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing for clear and engaging messaging
• Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategy
• Proficiency in social media tools and platforms
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and refine strategies for improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Experience with affiliate marketing and e-commerce is a plus
