We travel beyond the obvious, seeking out innovators, artisans, and visionaries who are redefining luxury beauty in their own unique way. Every brand in our portfolio is selected through a rigorous curation process rooted in three principles: authenticity, efficacy, and transparency. Before anything reaches our customers, it is tested by our team across a range of skin types and concerns. We are now launching in the United States, opening our Boca Raton office to bring this elevated, carefully curated proposition to the American luxury beauty market.
The opportunity
Embassy of Beauty is looking for a Marketing Manager who lives and breathes luxury beauty — someone who understands that marketing niche, prestige brands requires a different kind of instinct to mainstream beauty. You will be the creative and commercial force behind our US brand presence, owning everything from paid media to editorial content, and building our luxury beauty community in the American market from the ground up. You will report directly to the US Managing Director and have full ownership of how Embassy of Beauty shows up in the US.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own US customer acquisition across paid social (Meta, TikTok), paid search (Google Shopping and search), and channels relevant to the luxury beauty consumer
• Manage the monthly US media budget — planning, optimisation, and ROAS reporting across our portfolio of prestige brands
• Develop and execute the US content strategy — luxury brand storytelling, niche product launches, editorial beauty campaigns, and trend-led content that reflects our curation ethos
• Build and grow our US social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest — creating content that feels elevated, editorial, and true to the Embassy of Beauty aesthetic
• Own email and SMS marketing via Klaviyo — welcome flows, post-purchase journeys, new brand drops, segmentation, and A/B testing
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, Midjourney, CapCut AI, etc.) to create high-quality content at scale across our portfolio of luxury brands
• Work with freelance photographers, videographers, or luxury beauty creators when campaign assets demand it
• Collaborate with the Ecommerce Manager on promotional calendars, luxury brand landing pages, and editorial on-site campaigns
• Track and report on all marketing KPIs: CAC, ROAS, email revenue, social growth, and brand-level performance
• Stay ahead of US luxury beauty trends, niche brand launches, competitor activity, and platform changes
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 5+ years of marketing experience in luxury beauty, prestige skincare, or high-end wellness or lifestyle ecommerce
• Experience marketing for a luxury multi-brand beauty retailer or prestige marketplace (e.g. Space NK, Violet Grey, Net-a-Porter Beauty, Credo Beauty, Cos Bar) is a significant advantage alongside DTC brand experience
• A genuine, demonstrable passion for luxury and niche beauty — you follow the prestige brands, know which founders are disrupting the market, and understand what resonates with a high-end, beauty-obsessed audience
• Proven track record managing paid social and/or paid search with real budget responsibility and measurable results in the luxury or prestige space
• Strong content instincts — you understand what luxury beauty looks like on social, what earns organic engagement, and what converts in paid without feeling promotional
• Klaviyo (or equivalent ESP) experience — flows, segmentation, and deliverability
• Comfortable being the only marketer in the room — self-sufficient, creative, and resourceful
• Confident using AI tools to scale content output across multiple prestige brands without compromising on quality or aesthetic
• Strong analytical skills — you make decisions from data without losing your creative edge or luxury sensibility
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience with luxury beauty influencer or affiliate marketing in the US market
• Video content creation or UGC strategy experience in the prestige beauty space
• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or Figma)
• SEO knowledge, particularly around luxury beauty search behaviour and editorial content
