YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Set up and operate slitter machines according to job orders and production priorities
- Verify product codes and inspect materials to ensure quality and accuracy
- Measure roll widths and monitor output to meet exact specifications
- Label, package, and palletize finished rolls for shipment
- Cross-train and operate additional equipment including forklift, baler, and core cutter
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment in alignment with the Nobelus Product Safety Program
- Work closely with the Production Team Lead to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1:30pm - 10:00pm
(Must be flexible to work 8 or 10 hours based on production needs. OT is available based on Company needs).
Pay: $20 - $24 (Based on Experience)

Requirements
YOU WILL NEED:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of related experience (production, slitting, or manufacturing preferred)
- Similar experience in the printing industry a plus!!
- Ability to read and use scales, micrometers, and measuring tools
- Strong math and basic data entry/computer skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience working in a LEAN operation is highly desirable
Physical Requirements:
- Standing for long periods of time
- Stooping, Reaching, Kneeling, Bending, Twisting, Sitting
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
