Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Skilled Trades / Construction Staffing Recruiter to join our team!
We are looking for recruiters with prior high-volume experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for roles within the construction industry (electricians, welders, plumbers, carpenters, etc.). For this role, we are not considering candidates with heavy on-demand manufacturing, light industrial, hospitality, healthcare, IT, and/or tech staffing backgrounds.
This role is high-volume recruiting specific to skilled trades roles within the construction industry.
- Location: Rockledge, FL
- Salary Range: $50,000-65,000/yr (depending on experience)
- Incentive: $2,500-$3,500 in monthly incentives/commission
- Hours: 40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)

Qualifications
- Candidates must have 2+ years of dedicated recruiting to skilled trades / construction roles (we are not considering those with primarily light industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, IT, tech, etc. backgrounds)
- Strong sourcing skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure when addressing regular high-demand requests and needs
- Bilingual a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
- Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience
- Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements
- Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines
