With site development projects ranging from $1M to $30M+ across commercial, industrial, and public infrastructure sectors, they are continuing to scale and are seeking a Project Manager to support delivery across their growing portfolio.


The Role

The leadership team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee site development and excavation projects from $1M to $40M+ across Pennsylvania. You’ll be responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.


Responsibilities

  • Manage full project lifecycle from award through completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout
  • Oversee site development scopes including earthwork, grading, excavation, and underground utilities
  • Coordinate field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers across active projects
  • Track project costs, forecasts, change orders, and overall financial performance
  • Lead client communication and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
  • Identify risks and proactively solve problems to keep projects on track
  • Support preconstruction efforts including scope review, budgeting, and execution planning
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications
  • Mentor and support Project Engineers and junior staff


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in heavy civil, site development, or excavation
  • Proven experience delivering projects in the $1M – $30M range
  • Strong understanding of Sitework construction, Project scheduling and sequencing Cost control and project financials.
  • Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications
  • Experience coordinating multiple crews and subcontractors
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required
