SALARY: $120,000 - $130,000

Position Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for leading construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role oversees all aspects of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, procurement, and on-site execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

You will play a key role in coordinating internal teams, design professionals, and subcontractors while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring a seamless process from concept through closeout.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects across the full lifecycle, including pre-construction, design coordination, permitting, and construction execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure alignment from design through delivery.
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, scopes of work, and contract administration.
  • Oversee site operations in collaboration with Superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations, permitting requirements, and safety standards.
  • Lead project meetings, reporting, and documentation using construction management systems.
  • Drive value engineering initiatives and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee project closeout, including punch lists, inspections, and final handover.
