Job Description
The Materials Associate is responsible for the receipt, warehousing, and issuance of materials and components to support the production of small drones. This role involves processing shipping and receiving, preparing products for freight shipments, and assisting the Shipping & Receiving Manager with accurate shipment processing. The associate will collaborate with inventory and purchasing groups to manage material consumption, replenishment, and storage, focusing on key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, part quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Environment
The role is based in a climate-controlled warehouse environment that is relaxed and clean. The first shift runs from 6:30 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday, with expected overtime. The environment encourages productivity and efficiency, while maintaining a comfortable atmosphere.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marietta, GA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
