Pride Health is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support our client’s medical facility in Las Vegas NV 89119. This is a 3-month assignment with the possibility of a contract-to-hire opportunity, and it's a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Location: Las Vegas NV 89119

Pay Range: $16.70 per hour

Schedule: Monday -Friday 8am-4:30pm(40 hrs per week)

Duration: 3 Months+

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming materials for the facility and remote sites.
  • Route outgoing and incoming shipments with accurate documentation and system data entry.
  • Enter all receipts into the Materials Management software system.
  • Report any discrepancies between received materials and shipping documentation to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Prepare and package outbound shipments, including all required shipping paperwork.
  • Manage returned goods in compliance with the Returned Goods SOP.
  • Deliver stock items to designated department staging areas.
  • Store warehouse inventory in assigned locations and rotate stock by receipt and expiration dates.
  • Identify and report short-dated materials (less than 30 days shelf life) to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Assist with cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
  • Support order entry, picking, packing, and delivery for internal and external orders.
  • Assist with record storage, retrieval, and document organization as needed.
  • Help prepare, receive, and distribute internal, inbound, and external mail.
  • Analyze warehouse procedures and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA, CLIA, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Operate warehouse tools and equipment such as barcode scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
  • Perform additional warehouse and inventory-related duties as assigned.

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 6 months of materials management or warehouse experience.
  • Forklift or electric walkie stacker certification is a plus.
  • Basic data entry and computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong basic math, problem-solving, and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar material handling equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
