About You

As a member of the Logistics Division, you will be responsible for performing various essential administrative functions in support of warehousing operations. These include, but are not limited to data entry for receiving, store invoicing and delivery administration receipts. Additionally, you will provide the necessary service to warehouse operations when needed to fulfill any requests for retail, perishable and grocery warehouse operations. This position supports a 7 day operation and works directly with the Supervisory team to provide seamless product workflow to 400+ stores. This post is hiring for 2 separate positions. Candidates will be considered for either the 2nd shift from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm or the 3rd shift from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am. Both roles work any 5 of the 7 days in the week.


Core Functions

The core functions of this position includes the everyday support of operations, as needed, but not limited to:

  • Shipping/Receiving functions Invoicing and general paperwork/ Required log and file maintenance
  • Cycle counting inventory/ Reporting over and shorts
  • Responsible for allocating receiving doors for inbound deliveries
  • Responsible for allocating the necessary shipping doors as instructed by the Shift Supervisor and releasing the work according to the routing sheet for selection as required
  • Monitors warehouse and machine scratches to prioritize needed selection items
  • Responsible for the management of both the Vocollect and RF (Radio Frequency) units to ensure the equipment is issued, returned and maintained
  • Additional duties as required for business needs


Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, some college a plus
  • Knowledge of WMS locator system location and item maintenance functions essential
  • Knowledge of Rapid inventory applications preferred
  • PC literate with demonstrated data entry accuracy
  • Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently as well as with a team
  • Flexibility with regard to work schedule including; days, shift, overtime and holidays (Any 5 out of 7 days)

  • Well-developed oral, written, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong basic math skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure meeting deadlines as required


Working Conditions & Physical Demands

  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, stretch, and reach as needed for long periods of time
  • Ability to look up and down for long periods of time
  • Ability to monitor computer screens for a long duration
  • Wear protective steel-toe footwear
  • Ability to work seated for long periods of time when required
  • Occasional bending, lifting and/or moving a case up to 25 pounds

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $796 – $950 weekly. Placement in the range depends on several factors, including experience, skills, education, geography, and budget considerations.
