Sheet Metal Operator

We are hiring a Sheet Metal Operator with experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. This is a first-shift, Monday–Friday opportunity with room to grow for a motivated candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate sheet metal equipment (press brake, shear, laser, or similar)
• Read blueprints, work orders, and measurements
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Perform basic material handling and shop support tasks
• Follow safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Sheet metal or fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read measurements and blueprints
• Experience with press brake or similar equipment a plus
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tuscaloosa, AL.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
