Experience Required:
- At least 5 years of SN experience and 3 years of SN performance analytics
Job duties/responsibilities:
- Customize applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies
- Build and manage dashboard / integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, third-party systems)
- Performance Analytics based reports / dashboards setup
- Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and automation scripts
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues; ensure performance optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams
- Maintain platform governance, security, and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree with good ServiceNow technical / reporting experience
