Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with over 12 years of IT experience, including deep expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading complex projects, mentoring teams, and driving platform best practices while delivering scalable and high-quality solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM
  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Customize ServiceNow applications using scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts)
  • Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party tools
  • Develop Service Catalog items, workflows, Flow Designer flows, and automation solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers and administrators
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and platform standards
  • Perform instance upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide long-term solutions
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 10 years in ServiceNow development
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform and core modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
  • Expertise in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs
  • Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and Discovery
  • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Additional certifications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.) are a plus
  • Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices
  • Exposure to tools like Git, CI/CD pipelines
