Work with BA's and stakeholders to understand and recommend solutions to meet business requirements
Develop new and update existing workflows, forms, integrations, reports, dashboards and process automation
Tool capability requires use of modern development tools and techniques including; ServiceNow Workflow, Flow Designer, Integration HUB, REST API, JavaScript and other web-based protocols and standards (HTML, CSS, JSON, SOAP, REST, XML)
Qualifications:
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years of ServiceNow development for a large company utilizing ITSM, CMDB and SecOps Modules (SIR and VR).
Experience building ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
In depth understanding of ServiceNow Workflows, Business Rules, Integration HUB and REST APIs
Knowledge of web-based protocols and standards (HTML, CSS, JSON, SOAP, REST, XML)
Certifications
Certified as ServiceNow – System Administrator (CSA) - Required
Certified as ServiceNow – Application Developer (CAD)- Nice to have
