ServiceNow Architect (ITSM / ITAM / CMDB)

Overview
Intepros is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, governance, and evolution of a multi-instance ServiceNow platform environment. This role will focus on end-to-end architecture with a strong emphasis on CMDB, while supporting ITSM and ITAM capabilities.
This is a post–greenfield implementation environment, where the architect will be responsible for optimizing the platform, establishing standards, and driving scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across a multi-instance environment
- Lead solution design and platform governance, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices
- Define and evolve CMDB strategy, including data model, governance, and data quality frameworks
- Architect solutions across ITSM and ITAM modules, ensuring scalability and performance
- Drive integration strategy with AWS, leveraging API-based architectures
- Partner with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Review architecture and code to enforce development standards and best practices
- Provide guidance on platform capabilities, roadmap, and optimization opportunities
- Establish governance frameworks, design patterns, and reusable components
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, security, and operations teams

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture
- Strong expertise in CMDB design, governance, and data modeling
- Hands-on experience with ITSM and ITAM implementations
- Proven experience in multi-instance ServiceNow environments
- Strong understanding of API-based integrations, particularly with cloud platforms like AWS
- Experience providing architectural governance and code review
- Background in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide API)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating with IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint) or ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle)
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or CTA preferred)
- Experience with enterprise-scale platform optimization initiatives
