5+ years of experience in multiple IT areas, to include experience in at least 2 IT disciplines in a client/server or service-oriented architecture (SOA) environment, including technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or operations.
Understanding of ServiceNow products and architecture including Core Platform, CMDB, Integrations, Security, Release process and update set promotion
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a solution architect
3+ years of leading Technology efforts
3+ years supporting ServiceNow platform
Solution Architecture experience across the business, technology, data, application, and infrastructure domains
Demonstrated proficiency and experience in performing Solution Architecture for large and complex solutions across the enterprise
Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, and written) and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, business leaders, and subject matter experts using strong presentation skills
Able to multi-task with strong time management and prioritization skills
