Job Description:
We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Architect and ServiceNow Lead professionals to join our team. These roles require strong expertise in designing, implementing, and governing ServiceNow platform solutions aligned with enterprise business goals.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Mentor and guide development teams and product owners.
- Define and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Partner with IT leadership on technology strategy and planning.
- Lead architecture reviews, vendor evaluations, and solution assessments.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT architecture, design, or development.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow architecture and delivery.
- Strong expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, App Engine).
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Knowledge of integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, etc.
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven leadership and team collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
