Role Description

Lucky Street Gaming is seeking a full-time Service Technician for an on-site role in Rockford, IL. The Service Technician will maintain and repair Video Gaming Terminals (VGTs) and related equipment, provide technical troubleshooting support, and conduct on-site field service at licensed establishments. The selected candidate will also engage with customers to ensure high-quality service delivery and system functionality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair of technical hardware and equipment
• Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in Field Service operations, including on-site inspections and equipment servicing
• Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients
• Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic working environments
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required
• Technical certification or training in a relevant field is a plus
• Previous experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is advantageous

Requirements

• Must be able to work a 4-10 schedule with a minimum of one weekend shift (either Saturday or Sunday) 
• Comply with Illinois Gaming Board regulations and licensing requirements
• Pass a Illinois Gaming Board background check
