A-Prime is seeking a qualified Account Service Coordinator to work in a fast-paced service industry environment that is extremely rewarding.
Job Responsibilities:
- Dispatching Service Requests
- Responding to Service Requests via email, phone and industry based software
- Following up with Customers and Vendors
- Creating and Sending Quotes
- Data Entry
- Phone Work
- Prospecting New Vendors
- Managing Multiple Key Accounts
Qualifications:
- Energetic Team Player
- Computer savvy
- Great organizational skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain and create new relationships with customers and vendors
- Fast Learner
- Excellent Phone Etiquette
- Detail Oriented
- Past Customer Service and account management experience is a must
- Experience using Work Oasis, Corrigo, Service Channel, FM Pilot or another CMMS system strongly preferred
