A-Prime is seeking a qualified Account Service Coordinator to work in a fast-paced service industry environment that is extremely rewarding.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Dispatching Service Requests
  • Responding to Service Requests via email, phone and industry based software
  • Following up with Customers and Vendors
  • Creating and Sending Quotes
  • Data Entry
  • Phone Work
  • Prospecting New Vendors
  • Managing Multiple Key Accounts


Qualifications:

  • Energetic Team Player
  • Computer savvy
  • Great organizational skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain and create new relationships with customers and vendors
  • Fast Learner
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette
  • Detail Oriented
  • Past Customer Service and account management experience is a must
  • Experience using Work Oasis, Corrigo, Service Channel, FM Pilot or another CMMS system strongly preferred
