Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UX Designer with 10+ years of expertise in creating user‐centered digital experiences and a strong foundation in UI development. This role requires a strategic design leader who can drive product vision, mentor teams, and collaborate deeply with engineering to ensure seamless execution. The ideal candidate combines advanced UX thinking with hands‐on UI implementation skills to bridge the gap between design and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‐to‐end UX strategy for complex products, from discovery and research through prototyping, testing, and final delivery.
• Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, elegant, and scalable design solutions.
• Create detailed user flows, wireframes, interaction models, and high‐fidelity UI designs.
• Partner with product, engineering, and leadership teams to influence product direction and roadmap decisions.
• Conduct and oversee user research, usability studies, heuristic evaluations, and data‐driven design improvements.
• Build interactive prototypes using tools such as FIGMA, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure.
• Contribute to UI development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React/Angular preferred) to support implementation and ensure design fidelity.
• Collaborate closely with front‐end engineers to validate feasibility, refine interactions, and maintain design quality.
• Lead the creation, maintenance, and evolution of design systems and component libraries.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid‐level designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and UX best practices across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex, end‐to‐end design work.
• Expertise in UX tools such as FIGMA, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong UI development skills with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive design, and component‐based UI principles.
• Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and user psychology.
• Proven experience conducting user research and applying insights to design decisions.
• Ability to lead cross‐functional workshops, design reviews, and strategic discussions.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder‐management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern front‐end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Background in design systems, pattern libraries, and scalable UI architecture.
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design methodologies.
• Experience in enterprise, SaaS, fintech, or large‐scale product environments.
• Knowledge of motion design, micro‐interactions, or visual prototyping.
