Overview

The Senior Technical Project Manager owns end-to-end execution of complex product and engineering projects across MeeruAI's platform, applications, and shared technical initiatives. This is a hands-on delivery role focused on scope, schedule, dependencies, release readiness, and cross-functional coordination rather than broad portfolio or business program management

. This person turns product and engineering priorities into actionable project plans, manages assumptions, constraints, risks, and change control, drives milestones across teams, and helps the organization deliver high-quality Finance and Accounting AI capabilities with clarity and discipline. The role does not own product prioritization, architecture decisions, or people management


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage integrated project plans for key products, platform, and customer-facing technical initiatives, including scope, assumptions, milestones, owners, dependencies, constraints, and critical path.
  • Drive day-to-day execution across engineering, product, design, AI, data, QA, security, and integrations teams to keep projects on track.
  • Run project cadences such as kickoff meetings, working sessions, status reviews, issue tracking, and retrospectives.
  • Identify delivery risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies early, maintain clear risk and issue tracking, and escalate with clear options and recommended actions.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to translate approved priorities into executable release and delivery plans.
  • Coordinate test planning, environment readiness, release readiness, deployment planning, and go-live preparation, including QA checkpoints, security and compliance dependencies, documentation, launch criteria, and rollback readiness.
  • Maintain clear dashboards, status communications, and decision logs for leadership and core stakeholders.
  • Support vendor or integration coordination and other execution details required for successful delivery.
  • Manage scope changes, decision capture, and cross-team tradeoff discussions to keep delivery aligned with timing, quality, and launch expectation


Qualifications.

  • 7+ years in technical project management or a closely related software delivery role in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software, with a track record that includes at least two major product launches in a 0→1 or high-growth environment.
  • Strong track record of delivering complex, multi-team software projects from planning through launch.
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and drive follow-through across senior technical and business stakeholder
  • Strong working knowledge of SDLC, system dependencies, APIs, data flows, test planning, environment management, deployment planning, and release processes.
  • Experience managing scope, assumptions, constraints, risks, issues, and changing control across multi-team technical projects.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present clearly to executive audiences and drive decisions across senior technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with delivery tooling such as Jira, Linear, or equivalent project tracking platforms is preferred.
  • Background in enterprise software, Finance or Accounting systems, or AI-enabled products is a plus.
