Senior Tax Professional

Join a growing Northwest Arkansas tax and consulting firm as a Senior Tax Professional. We are seeking a motivated CPA with 5+ years of experience to serve high-net-worth clients with complex tax needs. This role offers strong involvement in tax planning, client advisory, and team leadership within a collaborative environment. Extended hours are expected during peak tax seasons.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal and multistate tax returns
• Serve as a primary client contact for advisory services
• Lead or support tax strategy and planning initiatives
• Review staff work and provide guidance
• Manage workflows and deadlines effectively

Qualifications

• Active CPA license
• 5+ years of public accounting or tax experience
• Experience with 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, and 1120-S
• Strong communication and advisory skills
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office

Salary Range

• $90,000 – $130,000
