About the Opportunity


Our client is a leading smart home technology and energy services organization focused on connected home solutions, residential security, automation, and consumer technology. The company is expanding its technology presence in Seattle and is seeking a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the buildout of a new technology hub.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle recruiting for technical and corporate positions across Product Management, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Architecture, UX Design, Software Engineering, and related areas.

Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, conduct intake calls, develop sourcing strategies, and manage recruiting timelines.

Build strong candidate pipelines in competitive technology markets using proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent mapping.

Serve as a key Talent Acquisition point of contact for the Seattle office once the role transitions onsite.

Represent the company professionally with candidates, hiring teams, and interview panels.

Manage candidate communication, interview coordination, feedback collection, offer negotiations, and onboarding support.

Navigate complex offer scenarios involving equity, sign-on bonuses, competing offers, and relocation considerations.

Provide market insights and recruiting recommendations to help attract strong technical talent.

Qualifications

5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical recruiting.

Experience recruiting for Product, AI, Data, Architecture, UX, Software Engineering, or similar technology roles.

Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates in competitive markets.

Experience in a corporate recruiting environment, preferably with large enterprise, consumer technology, retail, eCommerce, or customer-facing organizations.

Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and hiring managers.

Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and candidate management skills.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
