Senior Systems Engineer

We’re working with a fast-growing MSP in Tampa, Florida, who are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join their expanding professional services team. This is a hands-on technical role focused on delivering complex infrastructure and cloud projects across a varied client base.

You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing Microsoft-based cloud and on prem solutions, leading project delivery, and acting as an escalation point for the service desk.

This is a highly project-driven role within a modern Azure-focused MSP environment so experience in this industry is very desirable.

Tech Focus:

• Microsoft 365 & Azure
• Windows Server environments
• VMware / Hyper-V virtualisation
• Network infrastructure (firewalls, routing, switching)
• Azure migrations & hybrid cloud solutions
• Intune, endpoint management & device deployment
• Backup, DR, and security solutions

Requirements:

• Experience within an MSP or multi-client environment
• Strong background in infrastructure and cloud engineering
• Proven ability to deliver technical projects end-to-end
• Solid Microsoft stack expertise (Azure / M365)
• Confident handling escalations and client-facing delivery
