Title: Senior Systems Engineer
Location: Hudson, OH – 4 days onsite, 1 remote
Pay Rate: $55-70hr
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or a similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Jamf Pro (Jamf Pro) – must-have, deep expertise
- SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager – must-have
- Experience supporting enterprise patch management across servers and endpoints
- Solid background in:
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory (AD)
- Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Ability to support after-hours maintenance windows
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Intune
- Background working in hybrid device management environments (Jamf + SCCM + Intune)
- Experience in environments with production infrastructure and strict uptime requirements
Overview
This individual will step into a critical role supporting enterprise infrastructure and endpoint management, with a strong emphasis on device management, patching, and Microsoft ecosystem technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support enterprise device management initiatives across the organization
- Manage and maintain Jamf Pro (Jamf Pro) environment for Apple devices
- Administer and support SCCM (Microsoft Configuration Manager) for Windows environments
- Partner with existing team members to support Intune device management
- Own and execute patch management strategy across:
- Servers (including production environments)
- Lower/non-prod environments
- Perform after-hours support for patching and maintenance activities as needed
- Support and maintain Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including:
- Active Directory (AD)
- Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership on infrastructure initiatives
