Senior Superintendent

Lead / Senior Superintendent – Columbia, SC

A leading construction firm with a strong pipeline across South Carolina is seeking a Lead / Senior Superintendent to oversee large-scale projects in the Columbia and surrounding markets.

This is a key leadership role for someone experienced in running $50M+ projects and managing multiple superintendents on fast-paced builds.

The Role

• Lead all field operations on large, complex construction projects
• Manage and mentor a team of superintendents and field staff
• Drive schedule, sequencing, and site logistics from precon through delivery
• Coordinate all trades and ensure alignment with scope, quality, and deadlines
• Maintain strict safety and quality standards across the jobsite
• Work closely with project leadership, clients, and inspectors

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction
• Proven track record running large projects ($50M+)
• Experience leading multiple supers/field teams
• Strong background in complex builds (multifamily, mixed-use, podium, etc.)
• Solid scheduling and coordination skills (Primavera, MS Project, etc.)
• OSHA certified
