Senior Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

Location: Charleston, SC

Salary: $135K - $165K base + $750 per month vehicle allowance + bonus

A $1B commercial general contractor with a strong reputation across the healthcare market in the Charleston region. Due to continued growth and a strong backlog of work, they are looking to hire a Superintendent to lead a $150M healthcare project in Charleston, SC, with a clear pipeline of future healthcare projects in the area upon completion.

What we’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years experience working as a Superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor
• Proven experience leading ground up healthcare construction projects valued at $50M+
• Motivated individual looking to grow within a reputable GC

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $135K – $165K
• Vehicle Allowance: $750/month
• Bonus: Performance-based
