Senior Style Advisor
Location: Oakbrook, IL
Pay: $22/hour
We are seeking a customer-focused Senior Style Advisor to deliver exceptional service, drive sales, and support daily store operations in a premium retail environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about styling, client relationships, and mentoring team members while contributing to overall store success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated customer experience through personalized styling and service
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Support sales goals through clienteling, upselling, and product knowledge
- Assist with store operations, merchandising, and visual presentation
- Serve as a keyholder, including opening and closing responsibilities
- Support in-store events, VIP appointments, and customer engagement initiatives
- Mentor and support junior team members on service standards and selling techniques
- Utilize CRM and retail technology tools to enhance customer relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail leadership, supervisory, or service-focused experience
- Experience in luxury, premium, fashion, or lifestyle retail preferred
- Strong styling, selling, and customer relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
