A global, rapidly growing critical infrastructure and data center solutions provider is seeking a Lead Structural Engineer to support the design and delivery of large scale, mission critical modular buildings.
This role offers end to end ownership from early concept and pre sales design through fabrication and field execution. It is well suited for an engineer who wants to move beyond traditional consulting work and take an active role in real world, buildable engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual and detailed structural design across pre sales and post sales phases
- Design steel structures, foundations, lifting and anchoring systems, and structural interfaces
- Perform static and dynamic analysis including blast impact calculations
- Produce structural narratives and SD, DD, and CD documentation
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, architectural, and civil engineering teams
- Review and approve structural product and vendor submittals
- Define material specifications, finishes, welding procedures, inspection, and testing requirements
- Support fabrication by validating construction processes, weld quality, and workmanship
- Travel to fabrication facilities to conduct design reviews, audits, and technical validations
- Provide technical coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal project teams
- Deliver innovative, cost effective solutions without compromising quality or reliability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Structural, Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
- Four plus years of relevant structural engineering experience
- Experience with industrial, modular, or steel structures preferred
- Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and project coordination ability
- Professional Engineer license a plus, but not required
