This leader will guide long‑term planning, shape team structure, and drive cross‑functional alignment across the business and technology groups. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute multi-year strategies that align technology initiatives with broader business goals
- Design and evolve organizational structures and operating models to improve efficiency and scalability
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment, transparency, and consistent delivery
- Partner with executives, business leaders, and technical teams to drive shared priorities and buy-in
