The Essentials at a Glance:

  • Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid – Enjoy the best of both worlds!)
  • Pay Range: up to $80-90 per hour (Based on experience)
  • Contract Length: 6 Months (Temporary)
  • Target Start Date: June 2026
  • Experience: 3+ years in marketing or project management
  • NoC2C


Must haves:

Executive-level polish & Communication: Proven ability to deliver high-impact presentations and communicate with executive-level polish. Must possess strong interview, persuasion, and stakeholders-management skills, with the ability to command a room and articulate complex ideas concisely.

Strong technical aptitude: Possesses a strong grasp of technology and relevant industry tools with the ability to quickly adapt to and converse fluently about technical concepts.

Resilience & Grit: Demonstrates high emotional intelligence and "grit" when navigating ambiguity, complex challenges, or fast-paced changes. Proven track record of problem-solving and perseverance under pressure.

As a Project Manager, you will be the heartbeat of proprietary event planning. You’ll have the autonomy to define event formats and agendas while working alongside a supportive team that values your strategic input.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating Impact: You’ll manage complex, well-defined event plans that map directly to strategic business needs. From topic selection to final execution, you are the architect of the experience.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with creative teams to direct messaging across social media, web, and print. You’ll ensure the brand’s voice is consistent and powerful.
  • Relationship Building: You’ll act as a consultant to internal and external partners, building bridges with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our events remain best-in-class.
  • What We’re Looking For:
  • The Marketer’s Mindset: An undergraduate degree in Marketing (or equivalent experience) and a solid understanding of investment products/mutual funds.
  • The Organizer: Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals.
  • The Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to translate complex "features" into exciting "benefits" for our clients.
  • The Professional: Someone who deals professionally with people at all levels and enjoys a fast-paced, consultative environment.
