This is a high-visibility role that partners directly with the CFO and manages full-cycle accounting, including AR focus, AP collaboration, and GL maintenance, while supporting a disciplined month-end close across multiple entities. This is a hybrid role in Southern Union County, NJ.

โข Full-cycle accounting for U.S. & Canada (200+ weekly transactions)
โข Manage Accounts Receivable
โข Intercompany reconciliations across global subsidiaries
โข Month-end close and reporting support
โข Process improvements and internal controls
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ :
โข 4+ years of accounting experience
โข Strong AR/AP/GL and month-end expertise
โข Advanced Excel and ERP experience (Priority ERP preferred)
โข High-volume transaction experience
โข Experience in multi-entity or global environments
